About Passive Income Capital
Passive Income Capital provides capital in the form of equity or equity-like instruments. We do not take an active role after capital deployment and let the management of our companies do what they do best – running their businesses.
Passive Income Capital has an ultra long investment horizon and does not depend on exits in the short to medium term. This gives maximum flexibility to the management to pursue their strategies.
In the future, it is also intended to acquire other passive income generating streams in form of, for instance, royalties.
Owner and Founder
Having been passionate about investing since the age of 16, Marcel Heinzer is the founder and owner of Passive Income Capital. He is solely responsible for all investment decisions and follows a long-term value approach. In his professional carrer, he worked for a renowned Swiss bank, thereafter for a value equity fund followed by stint abroad working for an investment startup in the royalty sector.
